11th international specialized exhibition "Bread and confectionery business-2015" was successfully held in Minsk from September 8 to 11, demonstrating a large number of new raw materials and ingredients, equipment and tools, packaging and packaging materials, bakery and confectionery products, scientific research results, and also pleased with an extensive program of business, educational and entertainment events. More than 60 companies from 10 countries took part in the exhibition. Traditionally, the exhibition was held with the industry forum “Packaging and Warehouse”.

The organizer of this professional forum of bakers and confectioners – LLC "Expokhleb" with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food", EE "Republican Institute of Vocational Education", magazine "Khlebopek" and other interested persons.

The general partner of the exhibition this year was JSC "ASB Belarusbank" for the first time.

Over the years of its existence, “Bread and Confectionery Business” from an ordinary exhibition project has grown into a platform for professional communication between bakers and confectioners, providing specialists, as well as ordinary consumers, with the opportunity to receive complete and clear information on various industry issues, demonstrating innovative technologies and the highest level of professional skill.

In order to popularize the professions of baker and confectioner, establish an effective dialogue between educational institutions that train specialists for the industry and directly employers, the “Line of Colleges” was specially presented at the exhibition exposition, where one could get acquainted in detail with the eight leading Belarusian educational institutions, their material and technical base, training programs and student work.
