On November 14, the company held a holiday dedicated to the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers of the Republic of Belarus.

According to established tradition, on such holidays we sum up the work of the enterprise. The success of our agricultural complex – these are the fruits of the honest and selfless labor of tens and hundreds of people. 

With a special sense of pride and respect, the General Director of the Minsk regional unitary enterprise “Agricultural complex “Zhdanovichi” made a welcoming speech. Grigory Petrovich Chuiko. 

The first lines of the event talked about the achievements of the enterprise’s sports team. The team is a regular participant in district and regional sporting events, and these are sports competitions, tourist rallies, away regional games as part of the team of the Minsk region – and always a decent result, prizes and first team places. On stage, Grigory Petrovich congratulated team captain Sergei Batskalevich and youth work specialist Victoria Buloichik on their victories. 

She was also awarded a diploma of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, which was signed by the chairman Semyon Borisovich Shapiro, a vegetable grower of the protected soil workshop of the Minsk regional unitary enterprise "Agricultural complex "Zhdanovichi". - SHISHKO Tamara Mikhailovna “For conscientious work, high professionalism, significant personal contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Minsk region.” 

Then a solemn ceremony was held to honor the leaders who, by order of the General Director, were included on the Board of Honor. These are the people who have proven their professionalism through hard work, those who were chosen by the team:

The next theme of the late issue was entitled “20 years of service to the earth and people.” and it was dedicated to General Director Grigory Petrovich. 20 years of service to the earth and people – these are not just beautiful words, this is a life credo, this is the meaning and purpose of life. Grigory Petrovich has been working in the agro-industrial complex of the republic for 32 years, devoting himself completely to his favorite work. Since December 1998, he held the position of General Director of the Minsk regional unitary enterprise “Agrokombinat “Zhdanovichi”. Usually, when leaders in production are congratulated, they are presented with certificates, letters of gratitude, and congratulatory telegrams. And at the holiday, the team prepared a Letter of Thanks to its leader. 

After the ceremonial part, according to tradition, a festive concert took place with the participation of performers and groups. The finale included a festive fireworks display of confetti.
